You can pay for orders by credit card, PayPal, PostePay or bank transfer in advance.

Shipping and Returns

Shipping costs €9 throughout Italy, but becomes free with a minimum order of €100. Alternatively, it is possible to pick up the purchased products directly in the physical shop without shipping costs. In Europe free shipping is not provided and the cost depends on the country of destination. Our staff entrusts parcels to the express courier service every weekday at 12:00. The parcel will leave the warehouse on the same or next day. If your country is not among those available for shipping, please contact our customer service, we will find a solution for you.

How to cancel an order

The customer may cancel the order by contacting support, as long as it has not already been shipped. You should notify our staff before 12 noon on weekdays, the time when we entrust the shipment to the courier. You will be notified of the order cancellation by e-mail.

Delivery in Italy

The parcel will arrive at its destination within 24/48 hours of being entrusted to the courier and within 72 hours for the islands. Delivery times are to be considered approximate and are subject to rare but possible variations due to bad weather, accidents or other force majeure.

Delivery in Europe (EU)

The parcel will arrive at its destination within 2/8 days of being entrusted to the courier. Delivery times are to be considered approximate, depending on the country of destination, and are subject to rare but possible variations due to bad weather, accidents or other force majeure.

How to make a return from Italy

If you need to return or exchange your order for any reason, our team will be happy to guide you through the process.

The courier will pick up your return by appointment, either at your home or at an address of your choice. We will take care of the return shipment and will contact you via the e-mail or phone number provided at the time of purchase to arrange the details, including the pickup address.

The pickup will take place between 12:00 PM and 6:00 PM. If the courier does not find anyone at the location, a second attempt will be made on the following working day within the same time slot. From the third attempt onward, a €6 surcharge will apply, to be covered by the customer.

We accept return requests within 30 days after delivery of the order. For purchases made in December, the period is extended to 45 days.

When you make the return request you can choose one of two options:

1. Refund

  • The cost of returning the package is the customer’s responsibility, so only the amount of the purchased items will be refunded.
  • At the time of the refund, the original shipping cost of €9 will be deducted from the total.

Example: If you paid €60 for the items and €9 for shipping (total order cost €69), you will receive a refund of €51 (60 - 9).

2. Store Credit

  • You will receive a store credit equal to the value of the returned items, valid for 1 year and redeemable on our website.
  • The store credit will be sent via e-mail or WhatsApp and can be used by entering the provided code at checkout.
  • Once entered, the code will automatically deduct the corresponding amount from the cart total.

You can also use the store credit for a size exchange:

  • For orders under €100, a €9 shipping fee will apply for the new shipment.
  • For orders over €100, the first exchange is free. For any additional exchanges, a €9 shipping fee will apply.

Please note the following exceptions to our return policy: 

  • Returned items must still have the label and must be returned in the original packaging.
  • Returned items must show no visible signs of wear or use.

Please beware of refusing to accept a collection: this is not equivalent to a return.

To initiate a return, complete these steps:

  1. Go to your account page and click on History and Order Details.

  1. Click on the details of the order you wish to return.

  1. Select the products you wish to return and specify in the text area whether you want an EXCHANGE or a REFUND. Then click on Request Return. While no explanation is necessary, we appreciate any feedback the customer wishes to provide on the product or service provided. For logistical reasons, however, we ask the customer to also inform us of the weight and size of the return.

  1. You will be contacted shortly by our staff to agree on the time and date when the courier will come to collect the parcel. As soon as we receive the returned products we will carry out the exchange / refund operation. Products will be refunded using the original method of payment and within ten working days of the end of the return procedure.

How to make a return from Europe

The return process from Europe is the same as in Italy, but shipping rates depend on the country of origin.

Damaged or faulty product 

We always check our inventory and carefully pack every product we ship. However, there is a possibility of the package being damaged during delivery or the product being faulty. In this case we ask you to contact support within 14 working days after delivery.

Right of withdrawal

Pursuant to Article 5 of the Italian Legislative Decree 185/1999, the customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason whatsoever, without explanation and without penalty. To exercise this right, the customer must send us a communication within 14 working days from the date of receipt of the goods.

Once the aforementioned notice of withdrawal has been received, our staff will inform the customer how to return the goods, which must be done within the next 48 hours.

  1. The returned goods travel at the customer's risk and expense.
  2. The good must not have been worn. It must also be intact and returned in its original packaging, complete in all its parts and without any dents, scratches, cuts or other damage that would reduce its commercial value.
  3. Shipment, up to the certificate of receipt at Harley-Davidson Route 76, via Don A. Rettaroli 19, 60035 Jesi (AN), shall remain under the full responsibility of the customer.
  4. In the event of damage to the goods during transport, our staff will notify the customer of the incident (within the working day following receipt of the goods in their warehouses), to enable him/her to file a timely complaint against the carrier of his/her choice and obtain a refund of the value of the goods (if insured); in this case, the product will be returned, with shipping costs borne by the customer, while simultaneously cancelling the request for withdrawal or alternatively the value will be deducted from the refund amount.
  5. The shop is not liable in any way for damage, theft or loss of goods returned by uninsured shipments; upon arrival at the warehouse, the product will be examined to assess any damage or tampering not resulting from transport.
  6. The shop shall refund the customer the full amount already paid, within 14 days from the acceptance of the return, and it shall be the customer's responsibility to promptly provide the bank details on which to obtain the bank transfer (IBAN of the invoice holder) or the credit card number used at the time of purchase for the transfer of the amount.
